§ 12.00. Personnel Inquiries and Requests.

  • During the course of employment, an employee may receive an inquiry regarding a current or former employee, or former or current volunteer or a request for a letter of reference.

    It is The City's policy to refer every employment inquiry and request to the City Manager. The employee shall not respond to these inquiries or requests but shall refer them to City Manager. Violation of this policy may lead to discipline up to and including discharge.
