§ 4.30. Moving Allowance.

Moving Allowances for anyone recruited may be provided by means of Relocation Agreement and is at the sole discretion of the City Manager. This agreement shall provide that if the City offers to cover any moving expenses and the employee leaves prior to the completion of the agreed term, they will be obligated to reimburse the city for the moving expenses.
