§ 18.013. Burden of Proof.

In all hearings and decisions, the burden shall be on the applicant to prove that the proposed subdivision complies with the provisions of these regulations, Titles 17 and 18 of the Kotzebue Municipal Code and conforms to all relevant local, state and federal policies.
