Chapter 12.20. CAMPING IN MUNICIPAL RESERVE |
§ 12.20.060. Removal and cleanup.
On or before September 15th of each permit year, a permit holder shall remove all personal property from his designated camping area with the exception of fishing gear, which may be left if neatly stored upon the campsite and within the confines of the tent frame or deck. No storage of any kind will be allowed by nonpreference permit holders. Any material so left upon the campsite by a preference permit holder will be solely at the owner's risk and no liability of any kind will be assumed by the city for the safekeeping of any such material. The city manager, for good cause, may grant an extension of time for removal of property from nonpreference campsites provided that the request be in writing and delivered to the city manager prior to September 15th.
