§ 13.04.005. Purpose.

Public health and safety require that the city provide sewer, water and solid waste disposal services to the residents of Kotzebue. To that end, all persons must comply with the provisions of this title. The city shall enforce all provisions of this title to protect the residents of the city, to protect and preserve the city's watershed and to comply with all applicable city, state and federal standards for sewer, water and solid waste disposal services.
