§ 13.04.140. Termination of service.

The owner of the premises where a city water and/or sewer service is used shall give written notice to the public works director to disconnect water and/or sewer service. Discontinuance of service shall not relieve the owner of liability for payment of services which were available or were previously received or penalties levied prior to disconnection. The owner shall pay a disconnect fee according to the rate established by the city council.
