§ 17.36.110. Conflicts of interest.

A commission member shall not participate in deliberation or vote on a question if:
A.

the commission member or a member of his immediate family has a substantial financial interest in any property affected by the decision; or

B.

The commission member or a member of his immediate family could foreseeably profit in any material way through a favorable or unfavorable decision.
