§ 17.44.030. Filing—Stay of order or decision.

  • A.

    An order of decision interpreting or enforcing the zoning ordinance or building codes, and a decision of the commission on an application for a variance, is final unless an appeal is commenced within fifteen days of the date of the order or decision.

    B.

    An appeal is commenced by filing with the clerk a written notice of appeal, specifically stating the reason for the appeal and relief sought, and payment of the appropriate fee.

    C.

    Upon commencement of an appeal from an order or decision granting an entitlement under this title, the order or decision is stayed until the decision on appeal becomes final.
