§ 18.20.030. Dedications.

All streets to be platted shall be dedicated to the public. All dedications of public streets are subject to recommendation for acceptance by the planning commission following the regulations adopted pursuant to this title and formal acceptance by the city council. The construction of all streets to be dedicated to the city shall be the responsibility of the owner. All construction, maintenance and reconstruction of private streets and transportation facilities shall be the responsibility of the landowner or landowner's association, unless otherwise specified by the city council.
