§ 3.12.100. Award—Rejection of bids or proposals.

A.

A city land disposals by competitive bidding or proposals shall be awarded by the council, after considering the recommendation of the manager. The council shall make the award to the best bidder or proposer in accordance with the criteria set forth in the invitation for bids or proposals.

B.

If the council finds it to be in the best interest of the city to do so, it may reject all bids or proposals.
