§ 3.12.130. Definitions.

As used in this chapter:
A.

"City land" means any real property or interest therein owned by the city.

B.

"Contract" means a legally enforceable agreement of any kind, including an option, regardless of what it may be called.

C.

"Disposal" means any transfer of real property authorized under this chapter.

D.

"Real property" means any interest in real property under the law of the state of Alaska, including but not limited to a fee, easement, or leasehold interest, and revocable license or permit to use real property.
