§ 3.20.500. Criminal liability.

Any person, firm, co-partnership, corporation, or director or agent of the aforementioned violating any of the provisions of this chapter or failing or refusing to comply with a lawful request or demand of the city manager or finance director authorized under this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
