§ 3.40.260. Severability.

The sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of this chapter are severable. If any provision of this chapter shall be declared invalid or void, it shall not invalidate or void the other provisions of this chapter. Such invalid or void provisions shall be severed from this chapter and not adversely affect the lawful enforcement of the other provisions.
