§ 4.04.020. Establishment.

A.

There is established the Kotzebue Alcoholic Beverage Dispensary, which shall be at such location as the LBCB recommends and the city council approves.

B.

No alcoholic beverages for consumption by the drink may be sold at retail locations anywhere within the city of Kotzebue except at the city-owned alcoholic beverage dispensary or city-owned restaurant or eating place established by Chapter 4.05 of this title.
