§ 18.015. Procedure for Appeals.

(a)

Board of Adjustment. The Board of Adjustment is the City Council.

(b)

Powers and Duties of the Board of Adjustment. The Board of Adjustment shall hear and decide appeals regarding alleged errors in enforcement and appeals from the decisions of the Planning Commission according to Title 17, Chapter 44 of the Kotzebue Municipal Code.
