§ 18.030. TRUST AND RESTRICTED PROPERTY

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable state and federal laws and regulations and Titles 17 and 18 of the Kotzebue Municipal Code, these Subdivision Regulations shall be enforced on trust or restricted-deed and Native properties (such as Native Allotments). The City Planner and Planning Commission shall work with the Native Village of Kotzebue and the Bureau of Indian Affairs to ensure that enforcement of these Subdivision Regulations is a matter of comity between the City, the Native Village of Kotzebue and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
