§ 13.04.240. Individual sewage disposal systems.

It is unlawful for any person to operate or maintain an individual sewage disposal system unless such system is so constructed and maintained that it does not contaminate any source of drinking water supply and complies with applicable standards of the State Department of Environmental Conservation. The public works director shall maintain a file of such laws and regulations of the state available for public reference.
