§ 13.04.320. Inspections—Duty to provide access.

The owner of the premises shall provide the public works director or his designated representatives access to the premises for the purpose of making such inspections and perform such maintenance as is necessary for the city to provide utility services to the owner, in compliance with the requirements of this chapter and regulations promulgated under this chapter.
