§ 13.04.330. Conflicting provisions.

In any case where a provision of this chapter is found to be in conflict with the provision of any zoning, building, fire safety or health ordinance, code or resolution of the city, existing on the effective date of this chapter, the provision which in the judgment of the city manager, established the higher standard for the promotion and protection of the health and safety of the people of the city shall prevail over any case where such ordinance, code or resolution establishes a lower standard.
