§ 15.08.040. Section 5.4.9 added—House sewer cleanout.

Chapter 5, Sec. 4, of the plumbing code, as adopted by Section 15.08.010, is amended by adding a section as follows:
Section 5.4.9. There is hereafter required a cleanout in the house sewer line, as close as practicable outside the foundation. The cleanout pipe to be a minimum of four inch (4″) wood stave pipe, which will enter the house sewer line by means of a combination of a "Y" branch and one-eighth ( 1/8 ) bend.
