§ 15.08.090. Permit—Term.

Latest version.

All permits issued under this chapter shall expire by limitation and become null and void one year from date of issue. A permit may be renewed for an additional period of twelve months for the sum of one dollar, provided that no changes have been made or are planned to be made in the original plans and specifications. All permits, regardless of other provisions, will expire automatically after a period of two years. After such period of time, a new permit shall be required.
